Blaze Southern Championship 2024 *

Pevensey Bay Sailing Club welcomes Blaze sailors to the penultimate two-day Blaze championship of the year. 

The Blaze Sothern Championship 2024.

PBSC, on the East Sussex coast is about a mile to the east of Eastbourne’s Sovereign Harbour and offers first class sailing water with an unspoilt beachfront location allowing  easy access to the water.

This event is open to all Blaze, Fire and Halo classes. To enter you must be a member of the Blaze Class Association (join here) and your boat must conform to standard Class rules.

Entry includes two days of sailing, full use of the clubhouse, changing rooms, showers and bar, provision of safety boats and plenty of prize categories at all ends of the fleet.

On site camping for tents, campervans and motorhomes is available on the club’s green, adjacent to the clubhouse. Camping is available on both Friday and Saturday night for £20 for two the nights. Any queries regarding camping can be directed to vice.Commodore@PBSC.org.uk

Ample free  parking is available on site.

A Saturday evening BBQ is available for £15 per person, bookable on the registration Webcollect link below.

The wet bar will be open to purchase breakfast baps, light meals, teas & coffees throughout the event. Please pay using a credit or debit card.

The full entry fee for the event is £60, reduced to £50 if pre-registered and paid via the PBSC website before 8 September 2024.

To encourage female and youth (U26) participation the Blaze Class Association are sponsoring a 50% reduction in entry fees.
