Good condition for its age and nicely sorted. It comes with full-length tramps,
an undercover, top cover, a North mainsail and trolley and a road base. A
carbon boom and tiller extension.
The trolley is a bit rusty but serviceable, the mainsail has 2 repairs but is
certainly very good for club racing, the deck has a nick by the centreboard
case which is fine, the bottom is smooth (freshly rubbed down), the top cover
is getting a bit tired.
This is Mk1 about 25 years old has won many trophies at Wilsonian SC and a
few elsewhere. It is unlikely to depreciate so you can try the class and just
sell it later for what you paid for it.
The boat is well sorted, nothing breaks, everything works, and there is no
unnecessary weight. Many Mk1s aren’t sorted and if you look at most the
centreboard is a loose fit, this one is not, and that really helps performance.
I'd be happy to deliver if necessary as long as you are reasonable - I don't
want to drive halfway across the country and then you decide not to buy it.
